New volunteers are encouraged to attend a training and orientation session to learn more about the organizationʼs goals and needs, meet some of the Latinitas leadership, and get answers to your burning questions. Latinitas is an emerging nonprofit in El Paso dedicated to empowering Hispanic girls through media, technology, art and culture. We will help you identify the most effective volunteer role for you within our volunteer teams. All activities, whether highly visible or completely behind-the-scenes, directly impact the girls of Latinitas and the quality of their experiences.
