Latinitas is currently recruiting Saturday Camp Leaders. We are seeking energetic volunteers who are willing to lead monthly, creative expression workshops for girls. The workshops occur one saturday per month and we provide the materials and an activity outline to guide you through a fun-filled Saturday!

Club Leader Assistants Needed

Latinitas offers after-school girl empowerment clubs for middle school girls at community sites around town. Club Leader Assistants are needed to help weekly with facilitating activities and assisting our Club Leaders. If you enjoy working with young girls and are available 1-2 hours per week, then we need you. Programs starts at the end of January and run through May. College Day Planning Team

Latinitas will be hosting a College Day this March at El Paso Community College (EPCC). The College Day planning team is forming now and we are recruiting individuals to help with college prep workshops geared towards high school girls. We need your assistance with promoting the event, recruiting and securing guest speakers, and organizing college-related workshops. Latinitas Leadership Institute Planning Committee

Latinitas Leadership Institute is a new program that will begin this February and is geared towards teens. We are currently seeking talented individuals to help with planning these monthly leadership workshops. We will also need assistance with recruiting and securing guest speakers. January Volunteer Bulletin

Latinitas has some exciting opportunities starting in January. We need volunteers with some new initiatives and some of our existing programs. If you enjoy organizing events, meeting new people, or know other inspiring Latinas, then we need your help.

Latinitas Leadership Institute and College Day are in need of planning committees. This is a great way to get involved. We are looking for teams to organize, plan and run activities at each of these venues.

We are also looking for Club Leader Assistants and Saturday Camp Leaders. These important leaders interact with the girls who participate in Latinitas activities throughout the city in our after-school and weekend programs.

Happy Holidays

Latinitas will be hosting a holiday potluck for the entire Latinitas volunteer family. Come join us and share a holiday meal with our team. The potluck will take place on Wednesday, December 16th at 6:00pm at the Latinitas headquarters - 1359 Lomaland.
