Latinitas Teen Media Academy Leaders

Latinitas will host a week-long media academy for high school girls in grades 9-12th with intensive instruction from media producers. As part of the camp, teens will get multimedia tips from the pros in magazine, newspaper, photo and broadcast journalism. The camp will offer hands-on workshops and field trips. Female volunteers are needed this week to help set up, serve as a guest speakers, mentor and guide teens through the scheduled activities, and clean up. Volunteers are also needed to help promote the camp among teen girls and parents. A few teen spots are still available.
