Saturday, February 12, 10:00am-12:00pm at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Latinitas has been invited to participate in UTEP’s 24th Annual Career Day - Mother Daughter Program. This conference is aimed at encouraging youth to stay in school and pursue higher education. Latinitas will host a workshop to expose girls to fun writing activities and introduce them to careers in the magazine field. Volunteers are needed to guide girls through hands-on writing activities and mentor participants.
