Mentors Wanted

Latinitas is partnering with local groups to offer creative expression workshops for young girls.  We are seeking volunteers who are willing to lead multimedia art and culture workshops aimed at helping girls build confidence. Volunteers are asked to dedicate 2 hours per month to lead a monthly workshop for local housing centers, shelters, schools, community centers, church groups, girl scouts troops, and youth groups. Latinitas reserves the location, recruits the girls and provides all the activities, training, equipment and materials.  Volunteers must be prepared to be good role models and mentors for girls.
