Latinitas Dos Mundos Photo Auction Team

Planning committee members are needed to help organize the Dos Mundos Photography Auction in December at the Chamizal.  This fundraiser will help raise money to support the Latinitas Scholarship Fund.  Volunteers are needed to assist with recruiting musicians for entertainment, requesting printing donations, obtaining food donations and promoting the event.  To join the planning team, email Alicia Rascon at latinitasaly@yahoo.com.

Latinitas Girl Scouts Workshop - 11/8

Latinitas is partnering with the Rio Grande Girl Scouts to offer monthly badge workshops for girls the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10-1pm and 2-5pm.  In November, Girl Scouts will make a music video and earn the Music/ On the High Note IP.  Volunteers are need to aid girls in the activity, assist with set-up, help with breakdown and engage with the girls.  To sign up, email Alicia at latinitasaly@yahoo.com

Latinitas Saturday Camps - 10/25

Volunteers are needed to assist during our monthly Saturday Camps held the 4th Saturday of every month from 10-12:30pm and 1:30-3:30pm.  This month, volunteers will help guide girls through writing, journaling, and poetry activities.  Volunteers help hand out materials, set-up, and answer questions from participants.  To sign up for a shift, email Alicia at latinitasaly@yahoo.com.
